Educational Qualification: Candidates should have possessed A person practicing as an Advocate in India or a person qualified to be admitted as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.
Age Limit (As on 01.01.2019): Maximum 32 years
Pay Scale: Rs.56100 – 177500/-

About Delhi High Court
Delhi High Court was started on 31st October 1966. The High Court of Judicature at Lahore was established with jurisdiction over the provinces of Punjab and Delhi on 21 March 1919, but when India was partitioned in 1947, it was the end of jurisdiction.
On 1947, a new High Court was established for the region of East Punjab w.e.f 15 August 1947 which was called High Court of Punjab. In 1954-55, the Secretariat of Punjab was shifted to Chandigarh, same time the High was also shifted to Chandigarh. Later the High Court of Punjab came to be called, exercised jurisdiction over Delhi. Considering the population and the other important factors in Delhi, the Indian Parliament has started the High Court of Delhi with effect from 31st October 1966. On 5th September 1966, this was attained by passing the law Delhi High Court Act.
The Central Government was sanctioned to appoint a date by a notification in the official Gazette with virtue of Section 3(1) of the Delhi High Court Act, to establish a High Court for the union territory of Delhi and the appointed date was 31st October 1966.
The High Court of Delhi initially exercised jurisdiction also for Himachal Pradesh.Until the State of Himachal Pradesh Act, 1970 came into force on 25 January 1971, the High Court of Delhi continued to exercise jurisdiction over Himachal Pradesh.
