Name of the Post:

  • Sports Quota (5/4 Level): 05 Posts
  • Sports Quota (3/2 Level): 16 Posts

Age Limit as on 01/01/2019: Minimum 18 years & Maximum 25 years.

Educational Qualification:

  • For 5/4 Level Candidates: Candidates should have Graduated with Sports Qualification.
  • For 3/2 Level Candidates: Candidates should have passed Matriculation plus ITI/ 12th Class with Sports Qualification.

Pay Scale : Negotiable


Selection Process : Through trial and after trial, only the FIT candidates shall be assessed for next stage of

  • For  SC/ST/ExSM/PwD/ Women/ Minorities & EBC candidates: Rs. 250/-

About Central Railway:

With its Headquarter in Mumbai, Central Railway is one among the largest railway zones in Indian railway system.  It has got the history of having the first train of India sub-continent in the route from Mumbai to Thane. The Central Railway zone was made in the year 1951 clubbing several government owned railway routes such as the Great Indian Peninsula Railway, Nizam State Railway, the Scindia State Railway of the former princely state of Gwalior, Wardha Coal State Railway and the Dholpur Railways. The Central railway covers the areas of the state of Maharashtra, and some parts of North-Eastern Karnataka and Southern Madhya Pradesh.
