Age Limit: Minimum 18 years & maximum 38 years for for General category & 43 years for Reserved Category.

Educational Qualification: Graduate of any Recognized University in any faculty and  passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination or  I.T.I. for English Typing Speed Test of 40 words per minute and possessed Computer Certificate.

Pay Scale: 5200 – 20200/- + GP Rs.1900/-

Selection Process : Through Screening / Written Test, English Typing Test & Viva ­voce.

About High Court of Bombay

Bombay High Court locally known as Mumbai is located at Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra, India. It was established on the year 1862. High Court of Bombay is one of the oldest High Court of India with the exercised jurisdiction over the state of Goa and Maharashtra and the Union Territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.

The regional Benches of the High Court are located at Panaji which is the capital State of Goa and Nagpur which was established on 9th January 1936 and Aurangabad which were established in 1982 at Maharashtra. The Bombay High Court is considered to be the most distinguished High Courts in India. The 1st Chief Justice, Attorney General and Solicitor General of Independent India were from the High Court of Bombay. From this court 22 judges have been raised up to the Supreme Court and 8 of them have been Chief Justice of India.

The Court was established on 14th August 1862 under the High Court Act 1861.In 1995, though the name of city was changed from Bombay to Mumbai, the court does not follow the changed and continue to know as Bombay High Court. The first Indian permanent Chief Justice of Bombay High Court after independence was Justice M.C. Chagla.

The sanctioned strength of the judges of Bombay High Court is 75.
