About 97 Thousand Teachers Will be Recruited Soon
Recruitment of 97 thousand teachers in the state will be soon. This announcement was made by the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in the program to give appointment letters to newly-appointed teachers. The recruitment is scheduled to be made till 31 December.
After the cancellation of education admission, the state government started the recruitment process for 1.37 lakh posts. It was divided between two parts and recruited in 68500 posts this year. In the written examination of this recruitment, only 41,555 candidates are successful. Only 40787 candidates are given appointment letters. 768 candidates did not participate in the recruitment process.
It is believed that these candidates got somewhere else or they did not meet other qualifications. 27713 posts remained vacant in this recruitment. About 97 thousand teachers will be recruited by adding them to 68,500 recruitments of the second phase. The process of recruitment is starting from September. First of all, the teacher’s eligibility examination ie TET, then the written examination of the teacher recruitment and the application for recruitment will be taken. TET applications will start on September 15. TET examination will be taken on October 30. Written test of successful candidates will be taken after the examination in December and the appointment letter will be issued by December 31. Although earlier this government had planned to recruit this recruitment in February 2019, but due to lack of teachers in schools and Lok Sabha elections, the work has been started to complete this recruitment soon.
